BrandCrew
for Agencies.

More time for your clients. Less repetitive work.

Manage client brands, research competitors, create content, and schedule publishing in one place. Give your team more room for strategy, creative decisions, and client relationships.

The work slowing you down.
Here’s how we help.

Every client needs your expertise. These are the everyday tasks BrandCrew can take off your team’s plate.

Manage more clients without more admin.

When every client’s work is scattered across tools, switching accounts means finding everything again. BrandCrew keeps each brand’s documents, campaigns, content, and channel connections in its own workspace.

Open the client’s workspace and pick up where you left off.

Brief your crew once. Keep the brand consistent.

Stop repeating the same tone, audience, and product details with every draft. Saved guidelines and Brand Memory carry each client’s approved direction into future content.

Spend less time correcting the basics.

Get to the strategy sooner.

Competitor checks and market research take time on every account. BrandCrew brings mentions, market signals, and sourced recommendations into the client’s workspace for your team to act on.

Start the next brief with research already in hand.

Turn one brief into content for every channel.

Coordinating a plan, captions, emails, and visuals creates repeated handoffs. Build the campaign plan and draft the content together, using the same client context.

Give your creatives a starting point they can refine.

Hand off the drafting. Keep the final say.

Producing more content shouldn’t mean losing editorial control. Review drafts, apply client feedback, and revise the work before choosing to publish or schedule it.

Your team decides what is ready to go live.

Finish the content. Set the schedule.

Manual posting fills the day with small interruptions. Connect each brand’s supported social accounts and schedule ready content, or send and schedule email campaigns through Gmail.

Prepare publishing ahead of time and get back to your clients.

Make client reviews about what comes next.

Pulling together updates shouldn’t mean retracing every task. Use campaign progress, available channel analytics, and downloadable intelligence reports to prepare the conversation.

Bring findings and next steps to the meeting.

Your team and AI agents.
Working together at every step.

Keep research, planning, and delivery connected. Your agency sets the direction and reviews the work before publishing.

AI specialists handle the preparation. Your people bring judgment, client context, and approval.

A plan that fits
your client portfolio.

Tell us how many brands you manage, what you produce, and where your team spends the most time. We’ll talk through the features and capacity that fit your work.

For digital marketing, social media, creative, content, and brand agencies, and freelancers managing multiple clients.

Bring your team access and client approval requirements to the conversation so we can confirm the right setup.

Questions from agencies.

Can I manage multiple clients?

Yes. BrandCrew supports multiple brands from one account, with a workspace for each brand. Brand limits and available capacity depend on your plan. Talk to us about the right setup for your client portfolio.

Is each client’s data separated?

Each brand has its own context, Brand Memory, campaigns, content, settings, and channel connections. Switching the active brand keeps your work scoped to that client.

Can clients approve content?

BrandCrew supports reviewing and approving content before publishing. In your agency session, we’ll walk through how to include client feedback and confirm the available options for client review links, revisions, and approval history.

Can I add team members?

Tell us how your strategists, creators, and account managers work together. We’ll confirm the team access and permissions available for your agency setup. Pricing is based on brands and capacity, rather than per-seat fees.

Can BrandCrew learn each client’s brand voice?

Yes. Add the client’s website, documents, audience, tone, and guidelines. Brand Memory carries approved direction into future research and content, and you can refine that guidance as the relationship develops.

Which social platforms are supported?

Publishing connections include X, Instagram professional accounts, LinkedIn, Facebook Pages, Threads, Pinterest, and Bluesky. TikTok video publishing is subject to platform approval. YouTube provides read-only analytics, Reddit supports research, and Gmail supports email campaigns. Available formats depend on the connected platform.

Can BrandCrew publish automatically?

Content can be published or scheduled to supported connected accounts. For a review-first agency workflow, keep approval in the process before scheduling. Your agency session can cover the automation settings appropriate for each client.

Can clients access the platform?

Client access and sharing requirements vary by agency. We’ll confirm the supported access model, review-link options, and permissions for your setup during the demo, so you know how your clients will participate.
