Terms and Services

By creating an account, accessing, or using BrandCrew, you agree to these Terms and Services and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

BrandCrew is a software platform that uses specialized AI agents to help teams monitor brands, generate intelligence reports, plan campaigns, create content, publish to connected channels, and run email outreach workflows.

Features vary by subscription plan. We may add, change, or retire features over time. Where a connected platform changes its API or policies, some integrations may be temporarily unavailable while we restore compatibility.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring that users you invite comply with these terms.

You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use BrandCrew.

You retain ownership of the brand information, content, assets, and other materials you submit to the platform ("Customer Content"). You grant BrandCrew a limited license to host, process, display, and transmit Customer Content solely to provide and improve the service for your workspaces.

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit Customer Content, connect third-party accounts, and authorize BrandCrew to collect public information about your brand and competitors on your behalf.

Outputs from BrandCrew agents may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a given audience or channel. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving content before publishing or sending it externally.

BrandCrew does not guarantee specific marketing outcomes, reach, engagement, revenue, or ranking results.

You agree not to use BrandCrew to:

• Violate applicable laws, platform rules, or third-party rights.
• Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with service operation.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or resell the service except as expressly permitted.
• Generate or distribute unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or infringing content.
• Send unsolicited bulk email or outreach that violates anti-spam laws.
• Misrepresent AI-generated content as human-created where disclosure is required.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your use creates risk to the platform, other users, or connected providers.

Paid plans renew according to the billing interval you select unless canceled before the renewal date. Fees are charged in advance and, except where required by law, are non-refundable once a billing period has started.

Usage limits such as AI actions, connected platforms, included brands, and email sends apply per plan. If you exceed plan limits, certain features may be restricted until you upgrade or the next billing cycle resets.

When you connect social, email, analytics, or other third-party services, your use of those services remains subject to their own terms. BrandCrew is not responsible for actions taken by third-party providers, including account suspensions, API outages, or policy enforcement on their platforms.

BrandCrew and its software, branding, documentation, and underlying technology are owned by us or our licensors. These terms do not grant you ownership of the platform itself, only the right to use it during an active subscription or trial.

We treat Customer Content as confidential within your workspace and implement safeguards designed to prevent unauthorized access. You agree to use reasonable care when sharing generated content, credentials, or approval links outside your organization.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRANDCREW AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO BRANDCREW IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You will defend and indemnify BrandCrew against claims arising from your Customer Content, your connected accounts, your published campaigns, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through account settings or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, breach of these terms, or extended inactivity, subject to applicable notice requirements.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ends. We may retain limited data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms and Services from time to time. Continued use after the effective date of revised terms constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to updated terms, you must stop using the service.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable where BrandCrew is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by consumer protection law in your country.
